CLOSURE OF CHURCH PLACE SURGERY:

PLEASE CHECK THAT YOU HAVE ENOUGH MEDICATION TO LAST UNTIL MID-OCTOBER.
WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE ANY ROUTINE REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS ON FRIDAY 28 SEPTEMBER 2018.
If you wish to order repeat prescriptions ONLINE from the new "Moffat Surgery" at the High Street, please request details there from mid-October. Please note existing Church Place patients who currently order online will be required to re-register for the online repeat prescription service.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a new law that determines how your personal data is processed and kept safe and the legal rights that you have in relation to your own data. The GDPR applies from 25 May 2018 and will apply even after the UK leaves the EU.
